I am 13 years old I have a fast metabolism I drink usually 6-8 cups of water a day and I am very healthy. Exercise everyday and I have a healthy diet. (Fruits, veggies, a little fat and sugar and meats). If I ate one packet of Lollies (candy) that had 8.1 grams of fat in it, how long do you THINK it would take me to burn off this fat? Just a rough estimate please?
