I ordered this product a week ago, even with some skepticism, so due to the 60 day money back guarantee. However, a few days later I went to the site and was rather alarmed to see that it hadn’t shipped yet. I wanted to make sure I would have enough time to evaluate the product within the 60 days (due to it seeming too good to be true), and so I tried to contact the company. I called the number on their website and left several messages, as well as spent hours upon hours on hold, I used the chat feature on their website (which never worked) and I tried emailing them and only got automated responses promising responses later that never came. Eventually I used paypal to set up a dispute and the instant the dispute was sent my account was updated as refunded. My question is has anyone had dealings with this company? Is it legit? And if so, how do you contact them? I would like to try this product out, but am now wondering if this company actually exists, or if there is another way to order this product. Incidentally, I want to add that I never asked for a refund, I think that it was an automated response. And also, even though my acount is listed as ‘refunded’ on their website, the money has not yet been refunded to me. I will update this if the status of this situation changes… I wouldn’t want to smear a company if this is simply a misunderstanding. I will admit though, that I am extremely frustrated with the situation as it stands now.
I did finally get in touch with someone at the company and my item will be shipped, but later than I was originally told. I still have some concerns, and am also not entirely sure the item I ordered will work as promised, but the 60 day money back guarantee allieviates those concerns somewhat. I would still like to hear from others who may have dealt with this company, as I had enormous trouble contacting them. In total, I probably spent about 10 hours on hold (during their business hours), sent about 7 emails, left two messages and tried their ‘live chat’ feature more times than I can actually remember, and it was only after I filed a disupte that someone contacted me. So, I still am somewhat suspicious about the company…
