Lipo Suction… PLEASE ANSWER!!?

How old do you have to be for lipo suction or laser lipo?
anyone please share there information on lipo suction or laser lipo….if you are under 18 can you get it done with a parental consent? And how painful is it? Oh and laser lipo isnt available in the us…so what country is it available in? Anyone just tell me any information thay have on it! Please!! and Thanks.

I have a small tummy and eveything else…but large legs run in the family..so I have tried for years with dieting and excersising…it dosen’t work for me…so anyone just share your information please!

I am 13 years old I have a fast metabolism I drink usually 6-8 cups of water a day and I am very healthy. Exercise everyday and I have a healthy diet. (Fruits, veggies, a little fat and sugar and meats). If I ate one packet of Lollies (candy) that had 8.1 grams of fat in it, how long do you THINK it would take me to burn off this fat? Just a rough estimate please?
Im just curious. And yes I am aware it’s the wrong category.
Im not obsessed I am just curious.. I dont have an eating disorder at all!!
