What happens if you drink alcohol daily before smart lipo?

I am an alcoholic and have a surgery planned for tomorrow for liposuction on my stomach. I plan on not drinking today, but I am scared that something could go wrong. Please advise.
I am not going to be going “under”. Just a local anesthesia.
